| [22:30:12] | bshanteau: | After some power glitches during a recent thunderstorm I lost my ability to record programs off cable with my pcie Infinitv4 and Motorola M cable card. I have my all my HPTV stuff plugged into an APC uninterruptible power supply. |
| [22:35:59] | bshanteau: | I tried running the dkms commands to uninstall and reinstall the Ceton driver – no luck. I tried purging and reinstalling MythTV master – no luck. Only thing that worked was to reinstall Linux Mint, drivers and MythTV master. Any suggestions on what the problem was? |

If so, can you configure an address and ping the device. If you can't get that far, I'd be concerned your card got fried. |

| [23:49:33] | bshanteau: | gigem: Yes, I power cycled the PC (several times). I vaguely recall looking for ctn0 in the distant past, but I don't know what I did. The LEDs on the Infinitv4 card still light up, so I doubt the card is fried. |
