I had read somewhere that there is an alternate 'parser' (sorry, dunno the correct terminology) that you can call after a recording has been completed, and it will strip out all the commercials that had been marked by MythTV. |

I am planning on trying it out this evening. I had lost all my recordings because of that dreaded autoexpire rule. Even those that I had marked as 'keep' were removed. |
| [21:16:10] | Sabotender: | mack: Thank you again for those links that you posted the other day, because after perusing those articles, I had been successful in locating a utility that easily allows remapping keys and buttons for the entire DM and beyond. it is called Input Mapper. I was able to remap the right-click mouse button, and emulate a 'escape' button keypress. I also mapped the play/pause button to a 'space' keypress. It works so good 💗 Here's the link: |
