Also, not surprisingly, it causes more problems when the backend restarts and tries to resume the recording. In the best case, it will cause the backend's attempt to resume the recording to fail. In the worst case, it will cause the backend to get into a bad state where all recordings will fail until after another restart. The latter is arguably a separate MythTV bug |
