I didn't reach any clear conclusions, but the live TV stuttering issue on his Intel NUC appear to be related to a combination of watching "near real-time" live tv and the video playback profile. I can't explain why it only affected live TV and not live TV when paused for 15 seconds or any recordings, but the results were consistent during my testing |
