Each frame should somehow be played at each 'chapter' point. Myth shows the first frame then gives up and constantly resets the audio buffer because there is no video data available. |

I don't think having a non-zero still time is necessarily correct here but at the moment, it's a different problem. |

Commenting out the checks in DVDRingBuffer::NewSequence and MythDVDPlayer::VideoLoop (search for 'still frame menus with audio') *appears* to fix it but I think that needs looking at more closely to ensure it doesn't screw anything else up. |

Apart from this problem, at the moment we set the still frame timer when we get a DVDNAV_NAV_PACKET event. We shouldn't be setting it until we actually get a DVDNAV_STILL_FRAME event. The still time actually means how long to wait *after* this cell. You can set it even if you're playing video. |
