[10:23:46] markk: natanojl: fyi – using the internal timer in QAbstractAnimation gives poor/patchy performance (especially in the osd). reverting to your original method is always smooth – but the timing is out in the osd (as the osd is refreshed at a different rate than the mainwindow)

[20:46:55] stuarta: Beirdo: worked some things out whilst beating the OSX buildslave up. You need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH on the plugins configure otherwise it won't find libs even if you've installed them
