| [01:12:16] | sphery: | yeah, we had some old code in there that would change localhost to 127.0.0.1 when you had a non-zero DBPort (basically doing exactly opposite what MySQL does), so some recent changes that swapped the default for DBPort from 0 to 3306 meant that a lot of users started trying to connect to MySQL on 127.0.0.1:3306, instead of localhost (via sockets), so if you didn't have a grant for 127.0.0.1, you couldn't connect. |
