[03:56:18] bill6502: skd5aner: interesting. I had an HVR-1600 (both analog and digital sides) worked OK. I'd still want to know what the mythtranscode log said at the time of failure.

This is because MythTV requires a working TV card in Linux before it can use it, so this is outside the scope of MythTV support since it doesn't work in linux ATM
