For that dev user, create a .mythtv/config.xml file with <DBName>mythconvergdevel</DBName>. Compile myth and install it in an alternate location (e.g. /opt) and make sure /opt shows up in that users path before /usr. Then as that user, you can run a separate instance of mythbackend/mythfronted/mythtv-setup that uses that alternate DB. |

The Front End sees all the meta data, images, etc of the videos, cant play them, no errors in the FE log. Suggestions where to start? |
