| [08:13:12] | markk__: | warpme_: thanks for checking. does at least eliminate qt issues. i've done a little more digging and it looks like some of the texture formats used for video textures aren't strictly opengl es2.0 compliant – though everything else i've tested to date is happy. will need to have a think about how to work around it. |

With 5.11 I see ocasional flickers on UI elements. On 5.12 UI is really smooth. Interesting is that on s905+Lima only render2019 has correctly working UI (with5.12 it is really smooth & fast). Current master gives me hell flickering, button higlight displaced to button, etc. |

I need to do some testing but on the basis of the specs it might be an issue for some yuv formats as I can't see how to upload certain formats using the limited range of supported data formats. all (largely) irrelevant though if we can get hardware decoding working. |
