so long as you use the same seperator for major/minor channels, which for SD is a dash – ie. 5–2, 13–1, etc

but, for QAM... they don't line up, and SD only started collecting some minor QAM data recently, and only if people manually submit it to them

for example, if you scan QAM via cable, you might get something like channel 103.2, which actually aligns to cable channel 1120, so neither mythtv or SD understand the connection there, and often times the callsign that cable will call the network will not match the callsign provied by QAM

Anyone here using a cable card in the SF bay area? I don't live there, but my boss is saying he can't record comcast channel 780. When I bring up the ceton page for his setup it says that 780 is "copy one", but all the channels around it are "copy free". 780 is Comcast Sports Net, I believe.
