I have been occassionally hitting a problem where the frontend render thread fails to die off – or myabe it does die off – but when creating a new thread, we see an error because it thinks there's already a render thread hogging the resource. The result is "Failed to initialize A/V sync" on screen message. Is this a known issue ?
