is it possible to change the key assignments for the internal dvd player? the 'go back' button on my remote is set to go back to the previosu menu in mythtv (Esc)...and thus actually exits the internal DVD player instead of going back to the previous menu...so i want to try and set it up so the same key has the same function both in mythtv menu and in the dvd menus

Yeah, now it works just great. I had Ubuntu auto-reconfigure my xorg.conf with the TV set to 1366x768 (dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg) and not it comes up nice and clear. Thanks for the support :-)

Hello. Weird question – I've got a Hauppage WinTV2000 (old!) and while I did get it working with MythTV for a time, I can't seem to get the audio working on Windows. I suppose I could do so via a line-in cable, but I'm trying to set up a Windows-based PVR, and the half-second delay would be problematic. I had this problem licked under MythTV but can't remember how I did it.
